RaiseDonors has been a great solution for our nonprofit. We have raised over $600,000 over 4 years on the platform. The payment processor of choice has been Stripe. This has been on their Plus Plan which at the time of this review is $199/month.
Their customer service has always been great, even if the answer was “No, we don’t have that functionality.” They have been very helpful in finding solutions and with frequently changing staff, helping new people get familiar with the system. The custom embeddable forms have allowed us to use the platform for campaign giving, recurring giving, and even special events registration and sponsor payments.
$0 transaction fees was a big draw initially. The lack of Peer-to-peer functionality is something we are solving with a different platform and likely may mean leaving this platform behind, however it IS a great option.
