    Culture Index has been a game-changer for us. I was skeptical when the purchase recommendation was brought to me. After much research and having navigated staffing challenges both pre and post-COVID, we engaged. This non-forced selection survey is remarkable. Mark Connelly, our Advisor, won me over as I walked into a video conference with the team, he pulled up my profile and spent 60 seconds telling me about myself, then he asked if his description was correct or not. It was spot on.

    The power here is not necessarily getting to know yourself. Rather, it is the ability to create patterns ideally suited for every role in the organization. Then using that pattern to help in the final review of candidates or internal position moves to get the right people in the right seats (EOS Framework). We get to see missing team elements and see folks who are stretching too far out of their core strengths for too long and are at risk of burnout.

    Lastly, for our subscription fee, we get as much of Mark’s time as we need. Think of it as unlimited consulting. Wow! He has helped facilitate conversations between leaders and an individual in conflict. We’ve used our advisor to bring to light some underlying team and individual leadership issues.
